Return Window

Most items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused/unopened in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and materials.

  • Proof of purchase / order number required.

  • An RMA number must be obtained from us before shipping anything back. Returns without an RMA may be refused or delayed.

Return Shipping

  • Change of mind / preference returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss or damage in transit.

  • Defective, damaged in transit, wrong item, or not as described: We cover return shipping (or may authorize a returnless refund/replacement after photo/video verification, especially for lower-value items). Contact us within 7–14 days of delivery with evidence.

Restocking Fee

Opened but functional electronics, PC components, and similar tech items are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection, testing, and reduced resale value. Unopened items in original sealed packaging are generally exempt. Defective items approved for return are not charged a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return (typically 3–7 business days after arrival), refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original outbound shipping is usually non-refundable. Store credit or exchanges may be offered as alternatives.

Non-Returnable / Limited Items

  • Opened software, digital downloads, or activated licenses.

  • Custom or specially configured builds.

  • Clearance, final-sale, or heavily discounted items.

  • Items damaged by misuse, missing parts, or returned after the window.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply and are the primary coverage after the return window. We will assist with warranty claims when possible. Defective items discovered after the return window should be directed to the manufacturer.

Process

Email us with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We will reply with an RMA and instructions (including the return address—often a supplier warehouse). Do not ship until authorized.
