Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Because we use multiple fulfillment partners, processing and shipping times can vary by item and warehouse location. You will receive tracking once the order ships. Split shipments (multiple packages arriving on different days) are possible on multi-item orders.
Shipping Methods & Estimates
We ship via major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Estimated total delivery time after processing is usually 5–13 business days for standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. Expedited options are available at checkout when offered by the supplier. These are estimates only; actual transit depends on carrier performance, weather, and destination.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping may be offered on orders over a set threshold. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Tracking, Delays & Issues
Tracking is provided by email. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you with the option to wait or cancel for a full refund (FTC requirement). Contact us promptly with photos for damaged or missing packages so we can file a carrier claim.
